Discover or rediscover your passion for hoop dance. In this class we'll cover the basics of what it takes to be a diva in the hula hoop. Whether you've never been able to rock the hoop, or you're a school-yard champ from way back, this workshop will have you busting some seriously funky tricks, and looking hot doing it. We’ll be working on-body and off-body tricks and transitions that will leave you with a fun and sassy hoop dance routine that will get set you up to groove your own flow in no time.

For new and experienced hoopers. Discover a deeper connection inside the hoop. We will be focusing on the hoop as prop, partner, guide and tool. This workshop will take you on a journey of discovering a deeper connection with your movement inside and outside the hoop. Forget the tricks. Forget the show. Let’s breathe life into old patterns and let the circle teach you some things you may have forgotten, or maybe never knew were inside of you.

There is a ninja crouching inside of you and it has been waiting for its moment to shine. That moment is now. In this workshop we will be covering some seriously wicked off-body tricks and transitions. For new and more experienced hoopers, this class will cover something for everyone. If you thought all there was to hula hooping was wiggling your hips, you are in for a treat.

The Play Space is a fun and free hoop dance jam. We’ll be pumping the music and anything inside the hoop goes! There will be opportunity for skill share if you’ve got some juicy hoop trick questions or you can just take the time to let it all go on the dance floor and get lost in the flow.
