Yin - A Chakra Balance From Earth To Air
Limited Capacity seats available

Yoga asana are like the keys that unlock us physically and energetically and can be related to the 7 main chakras (energy centres) where we perceive, receive and store our experiences of our world. We will be working from the base to the crown chakras through Yin yoga postures, holding each pose for a minimum of 3-5 minutes to have a full experience of the anatomical sensation of releasing fascia, and the emotional component of understanding and feeling in the related chakra to whichever pose and body part we are working on. Add a sprinkling of mindfulness meditation to consciously work through any findings in our exploration and we will end in a short and sweet colour meditation for final chakra balance; it will leave you feeling stretched, refreshed, renewed and relaxed. Yum!
