This class will ease you into paddle boarding and paddle yoga so you can find your bliss. Enjoy a relaxing and invigorating paddle yoga session as the water gently laps at your board, warm sunlight shines your skin, and an oceanic breath rushes over you as you inhale salty air. Starting out with a lesson on land, you will learn all the basics before touching the water. Here, we embark on a tranquil set of yoga postures geared towards connecting your body with your breath along with the beautiful environment. Furthering this connection, the water and nature will encourage you to release and let go. Experience one of the best savasanas of your life with your fingers dangling in the water and feeling fully at peace.
