How do we know which style of Yoga is right for us? In traditional Yoga philosophy it’s considered that we are eligible for a specific branch of yoga, though it’s recommended to integrate all branches of yoga where possible into daily life.

In this workshop, Keenan will give an outline of the different pathways of Yoga but will specifically detail the techniques of Karma Yoga, which in his view suits the majority of people in today’s modern, fast-paced lifestyle. Karma Yoga is described as self transcending action – the three primary characteristics of Karma Yoga are desireless, egoless and selfless actions.

Keenan will discuss the view that Consciousness is the Seer or Knower, and he will examine the philosophy of Sight of the Soul.
