We all know that meditation is supposed to be beneficial for us, but many aspects of the practice are often misunderstood or misinterpreted. Some of the common myths include:

- Meditation involves stopping your thoughts
- Meditation requires sitting bolt upright in lotus position, chanting mantras and burning incense
- You need to have years of experience to get the benefits

Take a break from the other "limbs" of yoga and join Nicole for this light-hearted discussion. Throw "spiritual correctness" out the window and bust through some of the most common myths that are stifling your best intentions to access your inner peace.
