In this class, physiotherapist and advanced yoga teacher Simon Borg-Olivier will lead you through a flowing sequence of spinal movements. These movements, although rarely seen in modern yoga are both the source and key to all posture and movement systems including classical yoga, martial arts and modern dance. This practice has also proven to be one of the most effective movement therapies for the relief of back pain.

You will learn an accessible but very effective Yoga Synergy sequence that will enable you to: 
- Get flexible without feeling like you are stretching 
- Get strong without feeling tense
- Feel relaxed without having to lie on your back at the end of your practice
- Improve circulation without making your heart beat faster
- Bring oxygen to your body cells without having to breathe more than normal
- Bring intelligence to you cells without having to think too much.
