Discover or rediscover your passion for hoop dance. In this class we'll cover the basics of what it takes to be a diva in the hula hoop. Whether you've never been able to rock the hoop, or you're a school-yard champ from way back, this workshop will have you busting some seriously funky tricks, and looking hot doing it. We’ll be working on-body and off-body tricks and transitions that will leave you with a fun and sassy hoop dance routine that will get set you up to groove your own flow in no time.
