There is a ninja crouching inside of you and it has been waiting for its moment to shine. That moment is now. In this workshop we will be covering some seriously wicked off-body tricks and transitions. For new and more experienced hoopers, this class will cover something for everyone. If you thought all there was to hula hooping was wiggling your hips, you are in for a treat.
