This workshop will be based on the wisdom of the ancient science of Ayurveda. Summer is the season ruled by Pitta. So bring your inquisitive self to discover how to stabilise and balance the qualities of Pitta, that this season promotes in all of us. You will learn about the most beneficial yoga postures, practical pranayama techniques, and the primary essential diet and lifestyle choices, which will bring you the most vitality - all specifically for this time of the year. Ayurveda emphasises a seasonal approach to year-round living. This insightful workshop will be part information based and part practical via asana and pranayama. No prior knowledge is required. Come to reconnect with nature’s wisdom, and align yourself with the rhythm of your environment.
