Join Duncan as he takes us through some cool vinyasa sequences from the vantage point of anatomical intelligence, speaking to why postures are difficult or easy considering the variation of people’s bodies… Smash myths out there about flexibility, strength and what’s possible and understand the truth to it all. Come and do some cool postures pausing at times to put on a lab coat and understand anatomically, what’s going on in there… If you have ever wondered why you can and can’t do some poses, this workshop will explain those elusive answers. A fun and hugely educational experience from one of Australia’s modern yoga pioneers.
