Limited Capacity seats available

For yoga teachers, reading bodies and giving hands-on adjustments are fundamental tools. These skills enable us to help our students refine their practice to experience more freedom, which asana practice is all about. In this partner-oriented workshop, you'll develop your ability to see clearly and to adjust your students safely, and with precision and compassion. We'll focus on standing poses, simple backbends, and twists--with an emphasis on relieving stress in the lower back and finding space in the mid to upper back. Recommended for teachers as well as students who want to go deeper in their practice and understanding. Mostly asana with some discussion and partner work. What to bring: A belt and block.
